Initial Health Investment

60 minutes | $160 | additional time $30 per 15 minutes

A comprehensive initial consultation including detailed health history, pulse and tongue assessment, discussion of diet, lifestyle, and presenting concerns. Initial consultations may take up to 120 minutes depending on complexity and this will be discussed during your complimentary discovery call. Treatment may include a combination of acupuncture, electro-acupuncture, cupping, gua sha, reflexology, tui na, ear seeds or heat-based therapies, selected based on clinical assessment. Treatment planning is guided by Chinese medicine diagnostic principles and developed collaboratively to create a clear and realistic plan of care. While some people notice changes early, complex presentations benefit from multiple treatments over a longer period.

A deposit of $50 is required to confirm all initial bookings and will be applied toward the final appointment cost. Acupuncture may be claimable with private health funds.

Follow Up for Acupuncture

45 minutes | $120 | additional time $30 per 15 minutes

Subsequent appointments include a brief check in of symptoms followed by an acupuncture treatment utilising the most appropriate Chinese medicine tools.

Follow Up for Reflexology

60 minutes | $120 | additional time $30 per 15 minutes

Subsequent appointments include brief check in of symptoms followed by a treatment utilising various reflexology techniques to address concerns.

Initial Skin Health Investment

This is your first consultation and assessment on your skin health journey. A comprehensive health assessment, including pulse & tongue analysis, skin analysis, assessment of current skincare, treatment plan, skin product advisement and an introductory facial. With your best interests at heart, subsequent facial appointments can then be a combination of bespoke facials, cosmetic acupuncture, or NeoLifting® facials.

A deposit of $50 is required to confirm all initial bookings and will be applied toward the final appointment cost.

Bespoke Facial

The bespoke facial includes carefully chosen skin products to cleanse, exfoliate & nourish, with a luxurious customised massage, creating a unique experience every time. Bespoke facials are designed to deliver glowing skin health results, utilising effective skincare, complete with the experience of an elite day spa. For elevated results, facial time can be extended to include specialised skin products, the LED red light pod, gua sha massage, facial cupping, additional massage, or reflexology.

Facial Rejuvenation (Cosmetic Acupuncture)

Facial Rejuvenation, also known as Cosmetic Acupuncture, is a non-invasive treatment with minimal risk of adverse effects, designed to support skin health, circulation, and overall skin vitality. Using fine, sterile, single-use needles, this treatment works both locally and systemically, supporting skin appearance while addressing underlying constitutional factors through a Chinese medicine approach.

Your session includes a facial cleanse, followed by acupuncture to the face and body. LED red light therapy may be incorporated during needle retention to complement the treatment. Serum, moisturiser, and sun care application to finish. Extended sessions may include further facial massage, gua sha massage, facial cupping, and targeted skin products for a more comprehensive approach. For best results, a course of treatments is typically recommended over several weeks, followed by maintenance as required. This will all be discussed during your consultation and upon the development of your treatment plan.

Individual results will vary. Shontelle is a Registered Acupuncturist (CMBA, AHPRA) and a qualified Beauty Therapist, with post-graduate education in Cosmetic Acupuncture. Cosmetic acupuncture is not claimable with private health funds.

An investment package of 6 cosmetic acupuncture sessions will grant a 10% discount off the total value and can be a combination of 70 & 100-minute sessions, depending on your treatment plan.

Facial Sculpting (NeoLifting® & Buccal massage)

This non-invasive treatment is designed for those seeking a hands-on, holistic approach to facial care. Facial Sculpting combines the NeoLifting® facial massage techniques and Buccal (intra-oral) massage to support skin health, improve facial muscle tone and encourage more effective lymphatic flow without the use of injectables, harsh peels, or invasive surgery.

Your treatment begins with guided breath awareness and a double facial cleanse to prepare skin for techniques focussed on individual facial muscle sculpting, improved lymphatic flow, buccal massage to assist with jaw tension release, and Chinese medicine influenced acupressure scalp massage. Complimentary LED red light therapy, serums, moisturiser, and sun care application complete your session. Extending to 120-minutes can include additional elements such as reflexology, body massage, gua sha massage, facial cupping and specialised skin products, based on your preferences and treatment plan. For best results, a course of treatments is typically recommended over several weeks, followed by maintenance as required to support ongoing skin health and appearance.
