Appointments & Policies
We kindly request a minimum of 48 hours’ notice if you are unable to attend your appointment. Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
As this is a home-based studio, we ask that you arrive no earlier than 5 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time to ensure a calm and uninterrupted treatment environment.
Initial appointments require a $50 deposit, which is deducted from your consultation fee on the day of your appointment. Deposits are non-transferable and secure your booking time.
Gift Vouchers
Vouchers can be emailed or posted and are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase.
Vouchers are non-refundable and must be presented at the time of booking or appointment.
Treatment Packages
Treatment packages are designed as a considered option for clients who have made an informed decision to continue their care.
All inclusions, structure, and expectations are discussed clearly prior to purchase to ensure full transparency and understanding.
Packages are non-refundable, non-transferable, and valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Packages must be paid in full prior to commencement of treatment.
